SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
During sales, holidays, or other peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. We'll note any delays at checkout or on our homepage.


Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, however if you want to order internationally contact us at hello@proteapoms.com to start a conversation.


Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Estimated delivery times below are in addition to processing time and are not guaranteed.
Standard Delivery 3 - 5 business days, £4.99 or Free over £40.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. If your tracking hasn't updated after 2 days, contact us at hello@proteapoms.com.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.


Delays, Lost & Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.


If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@proteapoms.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement / refund. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local carrier office first. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days and we'll help investigate.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the additional shipping cost.
