2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and to any purchase of physical goods from us. They form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to their subject matter.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

3. Our products

We sell physical products online. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from those shown.

4. Ordering and contract

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you a written order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we are unable to verify payment, or if there has been an error in the pricing or description of a product.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which you have already received a confirmation.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept [list payment methods, e.g. major credit/debit cards, PayPal]. Payment is processed securely through [payment processor name, e.g. Wix Payments / Stripe].

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if anything is damaged or missing.

7. Returns and cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, please notify us at hello@proteapoms.com within 14 days of receipt. You must return the goods to us within a further 14 days. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We will issue a refund, including original standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, if earlier).

Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction for any diminished value resulting from unnecessary handling.

8. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@proteapoms.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.

9. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
